I am looking for the correct citation (both in the text and in the works cited page) for FDR's speech to Congress declaring war following the bombing of Pearl Harbor. The text of the speech is found in a book about FDR. From what I gather from the many Internet sources I have consulted, I believe it should be treated as a quote within a book (meaning that FDR should be cited, along with the title and author of the book the speech was found in). Does anyone have a definitive answer?
