WOW, What a response! I had a few requests for a hit, so I wiil send it on personally to anyone who asks.. It seems that this is a pretty common problem. The answer to my problem was the color cartridge was coated with gelatinous black ink and dust. I never print color, so that is the original color cartridge. The black one is new. Now that I've cleaned the "GUCK (new techno-word)," can anyone tell me how to remove ink from fingers????
