2nd & 3rd grade core lit

Hi all, I am new to your list and I have a question.  I am a substitute
teacher right now, but I am looking at getting my own 2nd-3rd combo classroom
in Aug at one of the schools I work.  I am taking a class that is requiring me
to write a year plan so I am going to do it for both grades to get a jump-
start on next year.  Here is my question.  Does anyone know where to find or
how to get or even what are the book titles on the core literature list for
2nd and 3rd grades.  I want to thank you in advance.
