Dear colleagues in Latin America, Here in Torreon, Mexico we are having a discussion on copywrite rules. We have no clear guidelines concerning copying of television, videos, CD Roms, etc. Does anyone know what the law is in Mexico? What about other Latin American countries. What do you do? Thanks for any help.
