African-American Culture CD-ROM/inet

Dear LM-Netters,

Has anyone in this group used the CD-ROM African-American Culture and History
that MacMillan puts out?

I also hear that Encarta puts one out.  Has anyone used that one.

Could you please let me know which one you have or have seen, and if you are
using it on a Mac or in Windows.

Also, has anyone used INET?  There was some mention of it just recently and the
response was not too positive but I would like to know if anyone else is or has
used it.
