Service with W. T. Cox

I'm considering changing from EBSCO to W.T. Cox for my subscriptions, and
am looking for some advice on such a move.  The initial move earns me a
15% discount which is great, but it is only for one year and then prices
are very similar.  Any response would be appreciated.
