I am in a k-2 school which is currently using a homemade computerized report card. We are having lots of problems with and are thinking that a commercial program might not have the glitches that we are experiencing. Of course, maybe someone out there might be able to help us. We are using Claris Works drawing with an imbedded spreadsheet. I thought that since more than one teacher puts grades on the report card, it would simplify life if the report cards were on disks that could be carried to the most convenient computer. Well, to make a long story short (with none of the swearing of teachers, etc) we are having lots on I/O errors. This did not occur when they were on the hard drive of one computer. Any suggestions either way?
