GEN: Electronic searching

Colleagues

A few weeks ago someone posted a list of sites which had forms for
students to fill in as they searched electronic resources. They included
keywords, key concepts, synonyms, more general etc.

I visited all the sites ,printed out the most useful forms, and now
can't find the printout! I've looked in the archives under all the search
terms I an think of, but can't locate the posting.

Does anyone recognise the post I am thinking of, and could point me in the
right direction?
