Florida Friends - Info please...

LM Netters on the East Coast of Florida,

I have a friend who would like to pursue employment as a Media Specialist=

in any the following counties:  Flagler, Indian River, Martin, Palm Beach=
,
St. Lucie, and Broward.  Any and all insights you might be able to share
would be helpful.  We are in Georgia which (mostly) supports flexible
scheduling.  Is Flexible Scheduling something that the FL media centers
have??  Also, do you have a feeling on turnover/availability in these
counties??  =
