HELP!

I am having a problem in the library media center lab.  Students are =
removing the short cut icons from the computers.  They are also moving =
everything around the desktops and deleting things  and changing =
settings.  Is there any way I can stop these things from happening. =20

As some of you probably know, it takes a long time to reload things, =
find lost icons, change settings etc.  It all takes time away from =
teaching and other things I need to do.   We have a small district and =
we have no tech person to do it for me.  I'm feeling quite desperate =
here.

By the way, thee good news is that we have no problem at all with =
pornography here!  : - )
