Library role/parent night

I try to schedule our fall book fair in the library so that it coincides
with our Open Houses.  We publicize this event in the school newsletter.
Students also receive fliers a week before the book fair arrives.  After
the parents report to their home rooms, our principal gives
announcements over the PA system, including publicity for the book fair.
I schedule student aides to help with the fair so that I'm available to
show the parents around the library/media center.  Parents who come to
the library register their children for a drawing.  The prizes are gift
certificates to spend at the book fair.  The library is always a busy
place that night and I'm usually the last one out of the building!
