This was my original post and while I have a couple of replies, none from
Texas.  If anyone has done this please respond. I am compiling a HIT as
several requested.

We will be interviewing for a new principal soon.  How would you ask
question and what questions would you ask to determine how favorable and
what knowledge the individual had about the function of school library?

I would especially be interested in hearing from Texas Librarians who have
done this and were able to find out what the prospect knew about the
Standards.
