GEN: Career ladder

As an elementary librarian in a district just initiating Career Ladder, I
am looking for a project I will really enjoy.  I know I can "keep the
library open after school", but I would like to hear of some other projects
you have chosen which you have enjoyed.  You are such an innovative group,
I am looking forward to your input.  Thanks!
