Try My Friend's Got This Problem, Mr. Candler, by Mel Glenn. It's
subtitle
is High School Poems. Mr. Candler is the counselor and it's about his
week,
the people he talks to, etc. The last poem is about Mr. Candler
himself. I
think this might be what you're looking for.

If you don't find what you are looking for, maybe you could make up one
using
the letters of the word. C is for..., O is for... My students (young
and
old) like doing them. :-D

Here is one that I did in calligraphy for someone several years ago. I
think she may have written it herself; I don't have a source.
A counselor is someone who listens to you.
A counselor is someone you can talk to when you feel
                happy angry sad worried lonely
                proud frightened confused
A counselor is someone you can talk to when you need to share
something
very special.
A counselor is someone who is always a friend.
My counselor is ______________ (name of counselor)

(When I wrote the words describing the feelings, I placed them
kind of
haphazardly around the page)
        I hope this helps you!
