GEN: Graceful Envelope Contest

in the Graceful Envelope 1999 contest which is sponsored by the
Smithsonian's National Postal Museum.  The 75 stunning and creative
winning entries are posted online at:

Be sure to click on the little thumbnails to enlarge each one to full
screen size, as you definitely won't get the full effect of their beauty
and subtlety from the small versions.  I was downloading some of them
yesterday to post on a bulletin board, and everyone who walked by the
printer was entranced.  I'm hoping from this display to encourage some
of our art students to enter the contest next year.

Netters,
I have a student that is looking for types of food that is typical of
Guam.  Since most everything is imported,  he needs to know if there is
a "local bill of fair" of if it is greatly influenced by another
culture.
