Current young adult authors

We're looking to beef up our collection of young adult fiction -
actually shopping today - and would like some suggestions for authors
whom kids are reading and enjoying. Our students range in age from 14 to
19 as we are in a secondary school in Ontario, Canada which presently
covers grade 9 through OAC (Ontario Academic Credit) formerly known as
grade 13. This is the first list I've sent so am looking forward to your
