TARGET:Activities for Foreign visitors

Dear Wise Ones,

Once again I am looking for help. I have been corresponding with a
school in South Africa through e-mail with various classes for 3 years.
The headmaster and 4 eight grade students will be visiting in late Sept.
for 9 days. I will be preparing the whole school for his visit by doing
a unit on that country in the LMC. Has anyone ever had foreign student
visitors? Any ideas? We plan on visiting NYC and Washington, DC. Then
they shall return to SA via Disney World. Where could I get funding for
such an exchange from our school to theirs?  Right now I am looking for
parents to house them. That should not be too hard as we have had French
H.S. students in the district in the past. Anyway I am open to all
suggestions.
