Michigan Only - Site-based Management

Fellow Michigan Schools -

Our middle school is looking for buildings in southern Michigan that
have an effective system of site-based management in place.
Specifically, we are interested in schools where teachers share
decision making with administrators in areas of curriculum, staffing,
scheduling, policies, etc. Our school improvement team would like to
visit selected schools in the fall to examine the structure of
site-based schools and talk with staff who are engaged in that system.

If your building or district has site-based management and if you
would be agreeable to answering some questions from our team with the
