Target: school webmaster

I have a few questions about school web pages and who's in charge, who
creates, etc.

1.  It the web page faculty done or student done with faculty sponsor?

2.  Is the faculty sponsor or webmaster the librarian, computer teacher, or
other?

3.  Is there any discord among faculty concerning who is webmaster?

4.  Does the web master or faculty sponsor get paid and if so how much?

5.  If students do your web page how are they selected or do they volunteer?

6.  Any other comments or information would be helpful.
