Dear fellow LM_Netters, I just read an interesting article in the May 1999 issue of Yahoo! Internet Life magazine. The title of the article is "Cheat Wave" written by Justin Ware, p.102-103. The article concerns websites that are online plagiarism detection services. "...professors may now have a way to fight back. Leading the charge against plagiarism online is PLAGIARISM.ORG [www.plagiarism.org] ......The online organization is the Web's first large-scale plagiarism-detection program." Also listed are INTEGRIGUARD [www.integriguard.com] and ESSAY VERIFICATION ENGINE [www.canexus.com/eve], the last one not being as highly rated.
