Hi group. The SLMS 2000 committee is looking for individuals to present a
workshop ( 1 hour long) at the SLMS/NYLA conference, May 4-6, 2000 which
will be held at the Radison Hotel in Syracuse.  We are looking for
workshops on standards, literacy, school connections, technology, including
censorship, integration, cooperation betweeen libraries, almost anything,
administration suport, updating media centers, etc.!! (We want to have a
wide variety, grades K-12 to offer.)
So, if you would like to present, please write a short paragraph about your
workshop, your mailing address, email, phone, etc. to Erin    email:

If you have a problem reaching her, please call or email me. We would love
to have your offerings by June 1, 1999! (this aids in our planning!)
