Our book fair is set up in the gym, not the library.  For 6 days, all day
from 8am-4pm parents run it all, librarian does nothing!
It is held in October, so gym is held outdoors except on rainy days when
it's held in the classrooms.
The only thing the librarian (and the classroom teachers) needs to do is
pull books from the shelves for a wish list that parents and the PTO
fulfill. It's a great way to get new books for the library.
There is no way the little ones can mistake the bookstore for the library.
