UpFront Magazine - HS level

Newsweek and the NY Times have a news publication for teens called
UpFront.  Has anyone seen it?  If yes, what do you think?  What is the
cost?
Is it more for classroom use  (like Weekly Reader) or to put with
regular library subscriptions?
