The Independence School District in Independence, MO has a job opening
for a library media specialist in an elementary school.

Independence is located just east of Kansas City and has a population of
around 200,000.  The school enrollement is around 11,000.

Independence has recently been the recipient of the "Accredited with
Distinction" award by DESE .
