Tech:Content Advisor messsage??

Hello,
After being away from school for 2 days, I returned to find that my computer
will not connect with the Internet.  I get a message that says "Content
Advisor will not allow you to see this site.  (By the way, this "site" is
infoseek, yahoo, etc.).  This page does not have a rating.  You must get
somebody to type in the supervisor password."

Does this mean that one of the students messed with the computer?  Do I have
to find Internet Explorer or Netscape on a cd-rom and re-load?
Anyone have any suggestions?
