I have been asked to attend our next leadership team meeting to discuss the media center: programs implemented, collaboration successes/failures, next year ideas, etc. That sounds great except the underlying agenda is that several administrators have complained that I have spent too much time with *clerical, unprofessional tasks* and not enough time getting teachers to use the library. I feel that the best thing for me to do is to question everyone on the team: what expectation(s) have not been met? what did you ask for that you did not receive? My question to you folks - what are some good questions I can ask that can help me get some answers about where we (I) have missed something? What suggestions can you offer to help me get to the bottom of some of these negative perceptions? Thanks to all!
