TARGET: Ice Cream poems/stories

Hi guys:

A 3rd grade at our school has been "buddies" with a first grade in our
system all year. They have shared books and done various projects with
their buddies. It's now the end of year and the teacher is looking for a
poem/book to read to them about ice cream so that their ice cream party
at the end has a curricular tie in. I have the book _Ice Cream Store_ by
Lee but it really isn't about ice cream in the way we are looking for.
Do any of you have an idea of a poem or a book that might work?
