ELEM: story idea

Sometime within the last year or so someone suggested reading a story to
children grades K-3 and afterward blowing bubbles at them.  I did it and the
children enjoyed the surprise.  Now I can't remember the title of the book I
read.  Does anyone remember reading the suggestion and remember the book?
