New World Book Encyclopedia

Dear Friends,

I received a packet from World Book describing their new encyclopedia set for
younger readers.  The average reading level is supposed to be 2-3 grade.  This
sounds right for the primary grades trying to introduce their kids to research,
but I worry about the lack of depth in each artcle.

Is anyone else ordering this set?

In addition to the regular chaos of the season,I have an assistant out sick.
She won't be returning before the end of the year, so this year inventory is
being done by myself (the district coordinator), a sub, and several volunteers.
Why do these things always happen your first year on the job?
