GEN:Overdues and other fines

If it's not too late...
Our school, which is private, has the bulk of students and siblings returning
each Fall, so we hold the entry card for the new semester for any outstanding
bills.  You'd be amazed how much it's worth it to parents to get those kids
back in school after summer!  Of course, 1 or 2 of the students who don't
return are also the ones who have stiffed the school in some form, but it
seems to be working for most cases.
