seeking title:school for animals

Our elementary P.E. teacher is looking for a book about a school for
animals - she remembers that there was a duck, bird and squirrel among the
animals.
These animals were tested in several sports such as swimming, flying and
climbing.  Then they got grades, A's through F's and the average was C.
