Library complaints - success story

One of my big success stories is the physical education teacher who came
into the library to learn how to use the Internet to send email to her
sister, who is a missionary in Indonesia.  P.E. teachers are usually the
last teachers to use the library and I was thrilled when she started coming
in.  She now uses the Internet to check the stock market when she has her
break, get information on professional meetings, and look up information
that is related to the physical education curriculum.

As a result, this teacher purchased her own computer so she could start
using the Internet at home.
