TECH: Computer & Fax

My system is a 120 MHz Pentium, 16 MB memory, 1 GB HD with a 56Kbps
Faxmodem.  The modem is a Communicator V.90.  My paper work on my computer
seems to say that I should be able to send and receive a fax with my
computer and printer.  I do have a dedicated phone line to the computer.
Does anyone have a similar setup and do you know what I need to do to
configure my system to make this work?
