TARGET: Creating Library Newsletters

Dear LM_Netters:

I would like to start a newsletter for the Library, but don't really know
where to begin.  I know there must be some software out there to help, but I
am not aware of it.  I would love to hear from anyone who has done a
newsletter as to how they did it, what software they might have used, etc.
