GEN: Subject Index - remember this one?

LM_NETTERS,
I have looked and looked through my bookmarks, but can't find a site I
remember.  It listed annotated sites by subject, gave the grade level,
and used apples for rating the sites.  Does anyone remember this site?
Does it still exist or did it move or vanish?
