GEN: library statistics

 I am a school librarian in a new job. At my previous job, I did not
have to do a monthly report to the board/administration, however I would
like to do one at my new school to demonstrate library use and the need
for (1) more support staff hours, (2) more money in the budget for
materials and (3) anything else that I think I need along the way.

I know that reporting library use is a good way of keeping the
administration informed what is happening in their building, and I think
that putting the library out there each month is a good reminder of how
much it is used. I am looking for any format you might suggest to report
all of the good things happening in my facility. Are there any
suggestions and/or examples from school libraries (preferably secondary,
but I can adapt anything!) anywhere?

I would appreciate anything that anyone can offer. Thanks!
