After school hours

A tragedy in our town in that the public library has closed. Our schools =
have received pilot monies to keep a HS, elem and middle school open 2 =
days each per week from 3-8pm. This will be for 6 months only.  If any of =
you have operated after school  I would appreciate any advice.  I'm also =
hoping some of you have had positive experiences! Right now we are =
apprenhensive about the public walking through our doors.
