computer problem

Hello,
I am the evening librarian at Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo, IA.
I'm trying to help my director with a problem.  We just moved into a brand
new facility, with all new computers, last week.  The brand name on all is
Komodo--like the giant lizard.  These computers keep freezing up,
sometimes twice or more a day, so that the director or one of his staff
has to reboot constantly.  Often they freeze so bad control-alt-delete
does not work. Our tech person for the college is a regular face in the
library now--and he can't find what's wrong.  I've been to the website,
and could find nothing on trouble shooting or customer support.  Has
anyone out there heard of this brand of computer or this problem?
