Elem: Questionnaire

I am working with a fourth grade social studies class in my school who
wants to learn more about the city of New York.  They have generated a
simple questionnaire that has approximately 20 questions on it.  If you
are
interested in answering the questionnaire for us, please contact me.

We are a small rural elementary school in Northwest Iowa.  We have
approximately 300 students in our elementary school.
