GEN: grants for automation

A friend of a friend would like to know if there are any grants
available to help her automate her high school library.  She claims she
can only find grants for middle school and elementary libraries.  Have
any of you gotten automated through grant monies, and if so, who funded
you?  If it helps, I believe this person's library is in Iowa.
