Target: Fine Arts/ Performing Arts

I'm working with our district Fine Arts/Performing Arts curriculum
committee. We are trying locate programs to use with our nine K-12
schools. Our schools are small 10 to 200 students and we have only one
art teacher who is assigned to the largest school. We're looking for
programs for fine arts, music, drama, dance. Does anything like this
exist?  The only art program we know of is Davis Publications Art In
Action.  Any suggestions?
