Thanks to those who tried to help me with my problem of unlocking World Book so that students could use it without my having to put in the password. Unfortunately, all of my saved letters, which I had planned to use for a hit, were deleted, but in general, it requires you to go to the privilege line in the setup area. I must admit that I was not successful trying to follow some of the advice, but my techie guy came in and in about a minute had it solved using the privileges area. I did not see exactly what he did, and will have to await his next visit when I will sit him down and make him do it slowly enough to learn it myself! Many of the letters I received also highly recommended the Fortres tech support, saying that they were most helpful. Sorry not to be of more help.
