TARGET:Combining THREE libraries!

I too would appreciate adivce on the combining of libraries as
I will be working to combine three into a new facility in 2001.
I feel prepared for the physical move (i.e., use uniform boxes
that will stack, keep a written log of the contents of each
box, etc.)  Two of the schools have separate barcode ranges so
it will be no problem to combine their Athena records.  The
third school may not have consistent barcode ranges and I think
all I can do about that is look at the printed shelf list and
mark titles that need to be re-barcoded before the MARC records
are merged. Any advice or hints?
