Re: Library justification

 Here I go, crying for help again.  We are building a new school. (Keep in
mind that this is Mexico.) For some reason or other the school board did
not purchase the architect's plans for the library.  They thought we could
do it ourselves.  So I planned a room with an office, a bathroom, an
equipment room, a work room, and a conference room.

The question came back to me.  Why do we need these rooms?  How do I

justify a bathroom?  Crazy, isn't it.  But I need some ideas and fast.

They wanted the answers today.
