TARGET: Web Cams

Hi

No answer so far, so I'll ask again -- does anyone have any information
about setting up a web-cam? That is, a live camera that anyone can access
over the Internet (like Traffic or "SkyCams" that news stations have). The
only response so far has been from someone else who is also interested.
