peoplepc.com????

Has anyone out there had any dealings with peoplepc.com?  Supposedly you
receive a new computer every three years for $24.95.  I think what you
are actually paying for is the internet service for three years and the
computer just happens to come with it.  They have a webpage
(peoplepc.com)  but, a coworker was curious if I knew of anyone with
first hand experience with this.
