GEN: Florida schools only

A group at our school has received a grant which includes sending a stuffed
animal (our mascot, the Florida panther) out to visit other schools who
also have the Florida panther as their mascot.  The visits would each last
1-2 weeks, and would take place in the second semester of this year.
During the panther's visit at a host school, we would like our students to
correspond by e-mail and CU-SeeMe with the students at that school.  (We
are sending cameras with the panther.)  We hope to increase our students'
knowledge of Florida geography, as well as technology, through this
project.

We are looking for schools who would agree to participate in this project.
If your Florida school has a panther as its mascot, or if you know of one,
please e-mail me.  We have so far heard from four schools in Brevard County
and know of two others in Broward County, but we're sure there are more!
