Check out policy

I have a problem that the group might be able to help me with.  Recently a
parent complained that one of our elementary media centers was violating his
daughter's rights by limiting the number of books she could check out.  The
district policy is 2 books at a time.  Our administrators have discussed
increasing the number of checkouts allowed by our students and I would like
some input from other districts about their policies before my meeting with
the curriculum supervisor on Friday.
