Two questions,please

I did a webpage in netscape composer and was pleased
with a little animated gif I found of a book with
turning pages- however, it came to my attention that
the animation only worked if the page was viewed via
Netscape- there was no animation if Internet Explorer
was the browser- any explanation, or anything I could
have done to make it work in both?

A teacher asked me if titles of books- specifically
"Goodnight Moon" are covered by copyright if they were
to be used in a commercial enterprise, say as the name
of a bed-and breakfast. Any idea where I could get a
definitive answer to such a question?

 TIA, Grace
