Target: Author/Illustrator visit

HELP! HELP! HELP!  I just found out that I can budget for an
author/illustrator to visit next year.  But, the budget is due NOW and I
have to have a name and an approximate amount.  I would like to have someone
like Steven Kellogg who writes and illustrates.  Please send me any ideas
you have or someone you have used that has been great.  I think the sky's
the limit in terms of money.
